About Us
| Ethereal (pronounced "IH-THEE-REE-UHL") which means "heavenly", and Decor (short for decorations). We sell primarily to event planners, florists and retailers. We design and manufacture some of our items, and our prices on those items are already wholesale pricing, some with quantity pricing. For some items (such as our favors), we are a distributor. We have been in business for more than 9 years (internet selling for over 5 years).
Our business is based on Christian ethics of honesty and integrity. Because of this, we endeavor to put as much information as possible on our most popular products so that you are well informed before, not after you buy. We do ship some items outside the U.S. to other countries. Please email us the name of the item, quantity and mailing address with postal codes if you are in another country and want to order. We do our best to respond to e-mails within 1 - 4 hours. This is the preferred method for contacting us, because it allows us time to provide complete and correct answers to your questions. It also provides a record of all contacts between us. It is also best because our business comes mostly by internet. If you prefer, feel free to give us a call. However, because we receive most of our business by internet and mail order, we have little need to sit by the phones and instead, spend our time on our production floor or in our warehouse, filling your orders. This means if you call, you may get a live answer or you may need to leave a message and we will return your call. Please be aware that all phone calls may be recorded for quality assurance and to confirm that we fill your order according to your instructions. If you leave a message, be sure to leave your full name, a specific message and best time to call.
